Jill Cornfield is a journalist with more than 15 years' experience in personal finance, most recently as deputy editor for Money.com. She was previously a senior editor (personal finance and insurance) at Investopedia, and prior to that she was lead reporter for CNBC’s Invest In You channel. Her work has been featured in national media outlets including the Wall Street Journal, NBC News and the Huffington Post. A former National Press Foundation fellow in retirement and aging, Jill is a board member of JAWS, an advocacy organization for women in journalism. She has a BA from Hunter College
