Philadelphia’s Dock Street Brewery made a [_Walking Dead_ inspired beer,](http://www.nydailynews.com/life-style/eats/brewery-walking-dead-beer-real-brains-article-1.1734298) for sale March 30, using brains as an ingredient. Perchance they are forgetting that humans have a more developed palate than the undead? [According to a press release, ](http://beerpulse.com/2014/03/dock-street-to-release-walking-dead-inspired-beer-made-with-brains-walker-on-330-2710/)Dock Street Walker is an “American Pale Stout brewed with wheat, oats, flaked barley, organic cranberry, and Smoked Goat Brains!” The cranberries don’t only create a “bloody hue,” but they provide a tart flavor.
