Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg announced Thursday that the company will hand over more than 3,000 Russia-linked political ads to Congressional committees investigating Russian meddling in the 2016 presidential election.

Zuckerberg’s announcement comes after the social network said earlier this month that nearly 500 accounts likely originating in Russia bought $100,000 worth of Facebook ads during the election. Facebook said it had previously shared the information with U.S. officials investigating Russian interference leading up to Election Day.

On Thursday, Zuckerberg revealed a nine-step plan to stop states from interfering in one another’s elections via Facebook, noting that the amount of “problematic content” found so far is “relatively small.”

“I wish I could tell you we’re going to be able to stop all interference, but that wouldn’t be realistic,” Zuckerberg said on Facebook. “There will always be bad people in the world, and we can’t prevent all governments from all interference. But we can make it harder. We can make it a lot harder. And that’s what we’re going to do.”
