Chance the Rapper knows that sometimes we all need to take a break and make time for some very necessary self-care. And while it’s not always easy to make the time and space for that with the fast pace of modern life, he’s making it a little easier with a playlist centered on bath time, titled “Yup.”
In a tweet he wrote today, Chance reveals that he also struggles with making time for himself.
“I been neglecting myself, not taking care of me,” he wrote. “I take a shower everyday, but when is it bath time?” along with instructions for listeners to “get in the tub, press shuffle and treat yourself.”
Sounds like a plan; while the playlist is only currently available on Apple Music, Chance also tweeted that he’ll be making another playlist for Spotify — although it won’t be expressly for bath time. See Chance’s tweets and a full track list below.
