Internet hero and undisputed winner of the the second presidential debate Ken Bone has single-handedly revived the preppy classic, the cable-knit pullover sweater.
Not convinced? Just take a look at the rave reviews that have rolled in for his Izod, 1/4 zip sweater on Amazon after he sported a bright, tomato-red version of it during the debates.
Reviewer Christopher C. Curtis said that, “Some heroes wear capes. Others wear IZOD Men’s Cable sweaters with a quarter length zipper,” while reviewer billygumdrop wrote of his XX-Large sweater that “If it’s good enough for Ken Bone, it’s good enough for me. Power to the people!!!”
Other reviews include:
“I was inspired by future President of the United States Ken Bone. I love everything he stands for and that includes beautiful quarter zip red sweaters. #4yearsofsweaterweather” — Timothy Chippy
“What an amazing sweater. So happy to be ordering the same sweater the man, the myth, and the legend, Ken Bone wore.” — Joseph
With this kind of influence with the American public, it seems as though either candidate would benefit from having the undecided Mr. Bone vouch for them.
