It’s National Pancake Day, which means free buttermilk pancakes at IHOP. If you’re watching your figure, pancakes aren’t exactly the go-to for a well-balanced breakfast. But you may be surprised which pancakes are more caloric. Those Harvest Grain ‘N Nut pancakes aren’t necessarily better for you than buttermilk.
