This one-and-a-half-year-old baby named Lloyd is trying to be polite by saying “thank you” but unfortunately, he has some trouble pronouncing it, so it sounds like he’s saying something a bit less cordial. His father, Christopher Bennison, posted this video on YouTube, explaining that he really needs to help his son, who’s half Swedish and half Canadian, work on his pronunciation.
“He’s a year and a half and is of course soaking up everything he hears,” Christopher told the Huffington Post in an email. “We’ve been really making an effort to watch our language around him so this was both a bit of a shock and absolutely hilarious. It was a relief when we realized he was trying to say ‘thank you.'”
