As anyone who has ever read a Batman comic can tell you, the Joker has a terrible sense of humor. So Jimmy Fallon was wise to be very, very suspicious when the Joker sent him a present.
Jared Leto, who plays the character in Suicide Squad and reportedly went very deep into the role, brought the gift with him when he stopped by The Tonight Show on Monday night. Previously, Leto as the Joker gave his Suicide Squad co-star Will Smith a box of bullets, while Margot Robbie got a love letter and a live rat.
So Fallon was very cautious about opening the black box. Inside was what looked like a tiny garter snake. Turns out, Fallon really does not like snakes — not even teeny, tiny ones doled out by actors in animal sweaters.
