Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump will again stray from his off-the-cuff speech style to deliver prepared remarks on veterans issues Monday afternoon.
Speaking in Virginia, Trump is expected to discuss a 10-point plan on veterans health care, including a government-funding private health care option for vets, according to the Associated Press.
The presumptive nominee will also rebuke the Obama Administration’s handling of veterans issues. In 2014, a scandal roiled the Department of Veterans Affairs after veterans seeking care were found to have suffered through brutally long wait times.
