Meet Piper, a tiny abandoned piglet who was rescued by a family in Tennessee. (They already have a flock of mini pigs, so they knew how to properly care for her.)

As the family explained on [the Instagram account ](https://www.instagram.com/kookieandkipper%5Fminipigs/)where they document their pets’ adventures, the tiny piglet was alone in the cold with no shelter—so they “packed up and drove 2 hours to save this angel.”

She seems to be enjoying her new home quite a bit:

Most importantly, Piper the piglet has made friends with the adorable puppy who lives next door:
