Former Glee Star Mark Salling Arrested for Possession of Child Pornography

Former Glee star Mark Salling was arrested Tuesday for possession of child pornography.

The Los Angeles Police Department confirmed to TIME that Salling was arrested Tuesday morning, and is in the process of being booked for possession of child pornography.

Salling, 33, played the character Noah “Puck” Puckerman in the musical TV show Glee.

According to E! News, the actor was previously settled a lawsuit with a former girlfriend for $2.7 million over sexual battery charges.
