A professional downhill skateboard racer, Zak Maytum of Boulder, Colorado, stars in video of himself — filmed from behind — as he flies down a road at 70 mph.
In just under three minutes — and to the tune of Metallica’s “The Four Horsemen” — Maytum can be seen soaring past the occasional car, uploaded by sporting goods brand Venom Bushings.
While the video shows Maytum emerging from this stunt unscathed, he has had his share of injuries, once breaking his foot and collar bone and slamming into a guard rail, according to an interview he did in March.
