On Tuesday’s episode of The Tonight Show, Jimmy Fallon busted out his famous Neil Young impression — and this time, he got to do it alongside the actual Neil Young.
Fallon begins with a mellow performance of Young’s 1972 hit “Old Man,” perched on a stool and hunched over an acoustic guitar. Then, after the first chorus, the real-life Neil Young walks on stage, dressed exactly the same as Fallon, and joins in.
Obviously the real Neil Young has more soul and depth and wisdom and Canadian-ness in his voice, but Fallon totally holds his own.
