A sequel to the reboot of Aladdin is in the works at Disney, following the success of last year’s live-action remake of the 1992 classic tale.
The 2019 live-action version of Aladdin starred Will Smith, Mena Massoud and Naomi Scott and was a hit among audiences, grossing more than $1 billion worldwide.
Plans for the sequel are still in early stages, and it is unclear if the cast will return for the project, Variety reports.
