Mollick is one of our favorite writers and sense-makers in the world of generative AI. His Substack explores forward-looking topics about the impact of AI on work and businesses, and his LinkedIn and X accounts are full of interesting posts about his experiments with ChatGPT and the latest research on large language models. He has co-authored academic papers about the implications of generative AI for work and education, and he has a book coming out this April titled Co-Intelligence: Living and Working with AI. Mollick encourages companies to think bigger when it comes to AI, expanding beyond the same “safe” use cases and dedicating more time to “stranger and more powerful experiments.”

Mollick is also one of Charter Pro’s “People to Watch in AI & Work.” Pro members can read his interview here for his thoughts on the impact of AI on education, knowledge work, and management.
