In addition to teaching at the university’s business school, he’s a director of the Institute on Race, the Executive Program in Leadership: The Effective Use of Power, the Interpersonal Dynamics for High-Performance Executives initiative, and its Black Leaders Program. Equally impressive, though, is Lowery’s work deepening our understanding of how people perceive and experience inequality.
