Madalina Vlasceanu, Jay J. Van Bavel, and Michael Berkebile-Weinberg

Vlasceanu is an Assistant Professor of Psychology at New York University, and Director of the Collective Cognition Lab. She holds a PhD in Psychology and Neuroscience from Princeton University; Van Bavel is a Professor of Psychology and Neural Studies at New York University, and Director of the Social Identity and Morality Lab and the Center for Conflict and Cooperation. He holds a PhD in Psychology from the University of Toronto, and is the author of The Power of Us: Harnessing Our Shared Identities to Improve Performance, Increase Cooperation, and Promote Social Harmony; Berkebile-Weinberg is a Ph.D candidate in the Department of Psychology at New York University. He is a member of the Collective Cognition Lab at New York University and the Amodio Lab at the University of Amsterdam. He holds a BA in psychology with a minor in cognitive science from University of California, San Diego.
