Katherine S. Newman & Elisabeth Jacobs

Newman is the Provost of the University of California system and the Chancellor’s Distinguished Professor of Sociology and Public Policy at the University of California Berkeley. Jacobs is a Senior Fellow at the Urban Institute. Together they are coauthors of Moving the Needle: What Tight Labor Markets Do for the Poor
