Jai Mac Neil is a Professor at the University of San Francisco in the Kinesiology Department as well as the Change Institute. She is the facilitator and creator of the Self-Transformation Empowerment Program at USFCA, a program dedicated to empowering undergraduate and graduate students and their leadership. Jai is a Performance Coach and Emcee for the Golden State Warriors as well as a Motivational Speaker.
