Captain & Tennille, whose 1975 chart-topping single “Love Will Keep Us Together” won a Grammy for record of the year, are divorcing.

Toni Tennille, 73—whose real name is Cathryn Antionette Tennille—filed for divorce on January 16, in Prescott, Arizona, People reports. Her husband, Daryl Dragon, aka “Captain,” 71, is reportedly suffering from a Parkinsons-like neurological condition. Dragon was once a keyboard player for the Beach Boys.

The duo sold more than 23 million albums. Their cover of Neil Sedaka and Howard Greenfield’s “Love Will Keep Us Together” was the bestselling single of 1975, and their 1979 hit “Do That To Me One More Time” hit the number one spot on the Billboard Hot 100 in 1980

The couple, who have been married for nearly 39 years, have no children.
