Moscow censors this week cleared a press association story reporting that the Soviet Union had launched an experimental rocket carrying a human passenger 186.42 miles into the upper atmosphere. The story said the rocketeer had parachuted successfully to earth. There was no official announcement by theKremlin, immediately.
