In Norway, a new Government took office last week. On the strength of its recent election victory and its absolute majority in the new Storting (Parliament), the socialistic Labor Party decided to rule without benefit of coalition. Its leader, rugged, rock-like Einar Gerhardsen, will preside over the youngest Cabinet in Norway’s history (average age: 43). Its No. 1 policy: further socialization.
