Reclamation Service’s Ralph Lowry: “Take it, it’s yours now.” With that ceremony Boulder (“Hoover”) Dam, world’s highest, backing up the world’s greatest man-made lake (115 mi. long when filled), was formally transferred last week from contractors to Government, completed two years ahead of schedule, five years after it was begun.
