The Cattaraugus County Taxpayers Association of Olean, N. Y. is fed up with WPA and PWA signs on public improvement projects and buildings. Last week the Association proposed an amendment to the New York public works law, demanded that a new sign be placed on all new public buildings and projects in Cattaraugus County: “This Building [or project] Paid for by the Taxpayers.”
