Mexico’s conscientious President Lazaro Cardenas last week made an appointment with one Miguel Ugalde of Dallas, Tex., who brought news of some 2,500,000 Mexicans who have entered the U. S. legally or otherwise. Mr. Ugalde’s principal news was that 2,000,000 of them were out of work.
Shrugged Mexico City’s Universal: “The majority of our jobless countrymen are now living on relief aid given by the U. S. Government.”
