Dwight Filley Davis, Secretary of War, was last week consulted by the Adjutant General of the Army. The General held an application in his hand for admission to a citizens’ military training camp and signed, “Dwight F. Davis Jr., student, St. Mark’s School, Southborough, Mass.”

To what camp would the Secretary of War like the recruit sent?
