AIR: The Young Idea

Back in Washington last week, after a trip around the world, was a group of Army Air Forces brass hats, mightily impressed with U.S. flyers overseas. Said one major general (aged 39) : “No matter how we foul things up in Washington these youngsters are going to win the war.”
