Perry, a household name best known for his decade-long portrayal of Chandler Bing in comedy series _Friends_, was discovered unresponsive in the “[heated end of a swimming pool](https://news.sky.com/story/matthew-perry-police-investigate-source-of-ketamine-which-killed-friends-star-13140984)” in his Los Angeles home on Oct. 28\. A post-mortem found that the 54-year-old actor’s cause of death was the accidental result of "the acute effects of ketamine". Drowning was cited as a secondary factor , and there were no signs of fatal trauma or foul play.
