When your nickname is “The Body,” being in shape is a big part of your life. So it’s no surprise that Elle Macpherson co-founded WelleCo, a luxury wellness brand of nutritional powders, sleep-enhancing tea, and more. The Australian-born, Miami-based supermodel-turned-entrepreneur has some basic rules for staying fit and finding balance, but she makes sure to change things up. “It’s important that I don’t get into a rut,” Macpherson says.

Macpherson used to average only three or four hours per night. Now she aims for a solid seven by drinking calming tea and banishing electronic devices 30 minutes before bedtime.

At 52, I don’t wear a lot of makeup unless I’m in front of the camera. That’s why having good skin is so important,” says Macpherson. She’s a fan of products from Natura Bissé, Dr. Brandt, and Dr. Jean-Louis Sebagh, her favorite dermatologist.
WORKOUT ROUTINE
“I put an hour aside every day to do some sort of physical exercise.” Her current obsession? Boxing, but she also loves to water-ski, paddle-board, hike, and swim laps.
