You could say Miranda Kerr knows a thing or two about showing some skin. Between Sports Illustrated swimsuit shoots and Victoria’s Secret runways, she’s recognized worldwide for her incredible bod, and with her wedding coming up to Snapchat cofounder Evan Spiegel, we can only imagine she’s upping the ante on her skincare routine.
“I really love going in the infrared sauna, just to detox. I’m such a big fan of body brushing, like dry body brushing. I love it,” she told InStyle on Tuesday while chatting about her new Buick Super Bowl ad.
While infrared treatments require an appointment (or dropping a few grand on a sauna of your own), dry body brushing is an easy thing to do at home. Just pick up a brush with natural bristles, like this one from Sephora ($14; sephora.com), and get started near your ankles, gently brushing your way up your body.
“I do it every morning religiously. It stimulates the lymphatic system. It detoxifies your body,” the 33-year-old beauty revealed. That isn’t the only way she keeps up that radiant glow: The supermodel swears by liquids like cold-pressed green juice, coconut water, alkaline water, and Noni juice on the daily.
“I drink Noni juice, and so does my son. You notice a big difference. It has over a hundred vitamins and minerals. So when you feed your body from the inside, and you feed your skin from the outside, you’ve got a powerful combination to really boost your wellbeing,” she told us.
“Because your skin is the largest organ in your body, what you put on your skin soaks in, so it’s really important to use organic products that put nutrients into your skin, so you’re not filling your body with nasty chemicals. You’re filling it with nutrients, so that it can thrive,” she said.
Her personal faves? Products from her skincare line, Kora Organics, which be available in Sephora stores nationwide starting in May. “We’re sold in over 400 stores [in Australia], but here in America, we’ve only been sold online, like on KoraOrganics.com and on Net-A-Porter,” she said.
