Want to wish Pope Francis a happy birthday when he turns 80 on Saturday? Send him an email.
The Vatican has created email addresses for well-wishers to send birthday greetings in eight different languages, Vatican Radio reports. Although Pope Francis will be working “just as normal” on his Dec. 17 birthday, his staff says, he already blew out a candle on a cake during his weekly general audience this Wednesday, according to USA Today.
You can send a note to one of the email addresses below:
PopeFrancis80@vatican.va (English)
Papafranciscus80@vatican.va (Latin)
PapaFrancesco80@vatican.va (Italian)
PapaFrancisco80@vatican.va (Spanish/Portuguese)
PapeFrancois80@vatican.va (French)
PapstFranziskus80@vatican.va (German)
PapiezFranciszek80@vatican.va (Polish)
Or can tweet your birthday messages using the hashtag #Pontifex80.
