Jenna Dewan Tatum has opened up about her relationship and sex life with husband Channing Tatum, saying that being a dancer makes “you feel your body in a certain way.”
In the new interview with Cosmopolitan, Dewan Tatum opened up about the beginnings of the couple’s relationship, after the two first met on-set in 2006. The actor said the pair had been together ever since Tatum said to her, “I couldn’t stop thinking about you. Let’s do this. I just want to be with you.”
“I’ve always been a very sexual person,” Dewan Tatum said in the interview, which hits newsstands on Dec. 13. “We definitely have a very happy and healthy [sex life].” The couple married three years after meeting through their lead roles in the dance movie Step Up, and welcomed their daughter Everly to the family in in 2013. “Something about being a dancer connects you to your physical body. It’s primal, earthy, sexual energy by nature…Channing is very much the same way. He’s very in tune with that,” the actress said.
