The Hadid sisters have taken over the fashion world, so it may come as a surprise that one of them is still ringing in supermodel milestones. The 2016 Victoria’s Secret fashion show in Paris, which aired last night on CBS, featured Bella on the runway, and older sister Gigi got emotional about the model’s latest accomplishment.
“I have watched the show every single year as a kid, so last year was so special to be able to do it,” Gigi told ET about the Victoria’s Secret show. “This year, joining me is my little sister! I am so proud of [Bella] for getting this show because she worked so hard. [And] for us to be able to do it together, and be the first sisters in the show, we’re really, really honored.”
ET said Bella was wiping away tears of joy: “This is us happy,” she told the cameras. “We’re a really emotional family.” The younger Hadid also posted on Instagram, “I cried when I saw my sister put her wings on for the first time.”
