We feared that if no one stood up for these principles, from the actual conservative side, that they might be forgotten. I knew that many would mock what we are doing here, but I didn’t think that was a good enough reason not to do it.
What are the states you’d need to deny Trump and Clinton 270 electoral votes ?
If it is very close, Utah can be enough. The other two states that are possible for us [to win] are Wyoming and Idaho.
Any new endorsements coming down the pike?
I am not looking for validation for this effort from people who allowed Trump and Clinton to be nominated.
Are you building a new kind of conservatism?
It is definitely a new conservative movement. We will not be able to be part of a party that has become a populist, white-nationalist political organization.
