For anyone who’s still reminiscing about the golden time in our lives when Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake reigned as the Canadian tuxedo-clad couple of our pop culture dreams, take comfort in knowing that there’s hope that the pair could reunite for a collaboration together.
Brit casually mentioned on Most Requested Live with Romeo that among the artists that she would love to collaborate with, she thinks that her famous ex, Justin Timberlake is “very good.”
When E! News asked Timberlake what he thought about Spears’ comment, however, his response was surprisingly enthusiastic.
“She did? Sure! Absolutely, absolutely,” Timberlake said. “I’m accessible, give us a call!”
Ball’s in your court, Brit. We’re crossing our fingers that this collaboration becomes a reality.
Watch Timberlake’s full response below.
