Donald Trump’s slogan, “Make America Great Again,” has been given a south-of-the-border twist after his visit to Mexico this week and meeting with Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto.
Two of Trump’s staunch allies — former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani and Alabama Senator Jeff Sessions — wore caps before Trump’s speech about immigration at a rally in Phoenix on Wednesday that read “Make Mexico Great Again Also.”
Twitter reacted with disbelief and, as always, jokes.
Trump reportedly coined the slogan himself.
