Walking Hallmark card John Krasinski is now cooking for his wife Emily Blunt on a weekly basis, all because of Leonardo DiCaprio’s eternally youthful face.
Krasinski went on Jimmy Kimmel Live Tuesday to discuss his dad routine, and he revealed that after a solid 36 years of not knowing how to cook for himself, he’s finally cooking up a storm. It’s because he lost a bet about DiCaprio with his wife. Ah, married life for people who are famous. Blunt mentioned in passing that DiCaprio was 41, but Krasinski wasn’t buying it. “‘How dare you! That cherub of a man—that cherub of a talent—can’t be more than 28,” he explained to Kimmel. “He’s not over 40, was my thing.”
He was wrong, and so the family man now cooks for her every Sunday because that was the deal, and he’s quite pleased with himself about it. Except he’s not living up to his end of the bargain all the time, like when the Rogue One: A Star Wars Story dropped, he took that Sunday off. Even Krasinski has his limits.
