At least 10 people are dead and 20,000 more displaced after 48 hours of rain devastated southern Louisiana in what some are calling the worst flooding the state has ever seen.
As details about the extent of damage still emerge (more than 40,000 people have signed up for FEMA assistance, according to the Associated Press), photos on Instagram offer a look at the high waters, evacuation efforts and damaged homes.
