Coldplay frontman Chris Martin recently recreated one the most iconic school dances with a little help from his friend Michael J. Fox.
During the band’s Saturday show at New Jersey’s MetLife Stadium, Martin rolled a clip of his son, Moses, requesting that his dad play a song “from both of our favorite movie, Back to the Future.” And the 10-year-old’s wish was Martin’s command.
After the video, Coldplay went on to strike up a rendition of the Penguins’ slow dance classic “Earth Angel” before Marty McFly himself came out with a Gibson Les Paul in hand. Fox then launched into a guitar solo and rocked out with the band to Chuck Berry’s “Johnny B. Goode.”
