Who lives in a pineapple under the sea? If you know the answer to that question, you’ll want to watch this video by YouTube impressionist and voice over artist Brock Baker.
Baker uses his impressive panoply of skills to give the kids—or at least the now-grown kids of the ’90s—what they want: a video featuring his takes on all the most beloved Nickelodeon cartoons of that decade. In the video, Baker tackles more than 20 favorite characters in just four and a half minutes, including the stars of The Wild Thornberrys, Spongebob Squarepants, Rocko’s Modern Life, Aaahh!!! Real Monsters (remember that one?), CatDog and the cast of Doug (skipping Doug himself, for some reason that goes unexplained). He does a great rendition of Grandpa Phil from Hey Arnold! and perfectly captures Ren and Stimpy, even diving into the “Happy, Happy, Joy, Joy” songbook.
Let Baker guide you on a journey down memory lane and perhaps even inspire a few additions to your Netflix queue.
