Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is focusing her attention on the leading Republican candidate in the race for the White House in her latest attack ad, which says she’s the one candidate “tough enough to stop Trump.”
The 30-second ad, titled “Stronger Together,” intones some of Donald Trump’s most controversial statements—including on abortion and Muslims—before presenting Clinton as the alternative to his divisive rhetoric.
“Donald Trump says we can solve America’s problem’s by turning against each other,” Clinton says in the ad. “It’s wrong and it goes against everything New York and America stand for.”
Clinton’s ad comes ahead of the New York primary, a state that both she and Trump call home and hope to win.
