Remember that time Lauren Graham’s television daughters, Alexis Bledel and Mae Whitman, met and you thought your heart was going to explode? Well, prepare yourself, because there’s more where that came from.
EW has confirmed that Whitman, who played Graham’s daughter for six seasons on Parenthood, is set to cameo in Netflix’s upcoming Gilmore Girls revival. There’s no word yet on whom Whitman will be playing, but according to TVLine, which first reported the news, Whitman will have a brief “moment” with Graham’s Lorelai. (Perhaps she’ll be serving her some coffee, coffee, coffee?)
The revival will pick up approximately 8 years after the Gilmore Girls season 7 finale and will consist of four 90-minute episodes.
