It takes a certain kind of skill to sell an expensive house, and James Corden doesn’t seem to have it. The Late Late Show host did a stint with Million Dollar Listing for his “Take a Break” segment, filling in to try to sell a house to Tyga, and while the segment is filled with Corden’s usual quirky charm, it’s hard to imagine the rapper doing business with the self-sabotaging amateur real estate agent.
Corden’s hijinx around the the house, which he and James Harris are trying to sell for “north of $20 million,” include rapping in the shower with Tyga, testing out the toilet and trying to demonstrate how two adults could fit in the tub.
In a second segment that aired Tuesday, Corden and Harris try it all over again, this time attempting to sell another big listing to L.A. Clippers star J.J. Redick:
This time, in cinching the deal to get to show the place, Corden strips down to his skivvies to jump in the pool, which turns out to be a lot colder than he expected. If only real-world real estate negotiations were this eventful.
