Zoolander No. 2 wasn’t a hit with critics, but Kanye West says he’s now seen the film twice and is lauding the man behind the villainous (but fashion-forward) Mugatu with particularly high praise.
“Will Ferrell has reached walking living breathing god status!” West tweeted Saturday morning. “His existence is a blessing.”
The rapper also thanked Ferrell for “the years of joy he has brought into my life with amazing comedy.”
West then went on to commend the Zoolander sequel’s art direction, calling it “candy on the screens!”
“It is so inspiring,” he added. “Thank you for existing!”
