Jenna Dewan Tatum is an accomplished dancer, having begun her career working with the likes of Christina Aguilera and Missy Elliott. But during her Wednesday night appearance on The Late Late Show, host James Corden gave Dewan Tatum a new kind of dancing challenge: taking lessons from toddlers. Set to the tune of Sia’s “Alive,” Corden and Dewan Tatum had to follow the movements of their toddler instructors, all of whom looked like they might easily be in a Sia music video one day.
Mostly, these exercises involved running back and forth from wall to wall, jumping up and down, and raising various limbs into the air. The cumulative effect is so exhausting, however, that the participants require a “cool down” at the end. Thank goodness for nap time.
