If you saw a man running from the police, you’d probably just stand back and watch the chase go down, right? Well, that’s not what this British bystander did during a recent foot chase in London. He intervened. And there’s video footage.
The bystander, who police have not been able to identity, simply stuck out his foot to trip the suspect, allowing officers to catch up and arrest him. Kingston Police tweeted the video clip and thanked him for his help:
