A Florida man who allegedly hurled an alligator through a Wendy’s drive-thru window has been taken into custody, records showed.
Joshua James, 23, faces charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, petit theft, and unlawful possession of an alligator, according to Palm Beach County Jail records.
He allegedly threw the 3-and-a-half foot reptile through the drive-thru window after being served a large drink in Loxahatchee, according to an incident report from Florida’s Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.
