An Instagram user [uploaded a video](https://www.instagram.com/p/BA52zeyt0ca/?taken-by=ale%5Frivera "undefined") of what appears to be a mouse (some say a rat) popping out of a Jonas snow mound on a sidewalk and then diving right back in, burrowing toward a parked car. The video ends with the critter looking like it is about to crawl into the wheel of a parked car. The user says the video was shot in Brooklyn Heights.
