André Courrèges, 92, French designer who created space-age fashions in the 1960s and, along with Mary Quant, pioneered the miniskirt. He was known for A-line dresses, go-go boots and dressing Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis, Catherine Deneuve, Brigitte Bardot–and more recently Miley Cyrus.
