NASA delighted its 7.4 million Instagram followers in 2015 with its out-of-this world pictures, putting up everything from astronaut selfies to images of Earth seen from space.
With its stunning photographs routinely receiving more than 100,000 likes, NASA uploaded photos of the most important space events of the year, including the Perseid meteor shower, the Super Blood Moon and the new close-range images of Pluto.
